30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your Auranod set for any reason, email us at support@auranod.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to send the item back.
How to request a refund
- Email support@auranod.com with your order number.
- Briefly tell us what didn't work for you. It helps us improve and won't affect your refund.
- We'll reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and refund your original payment method.
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of approval. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you don't need to return anything.
Lost or late orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 14 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of purchase (30 outside the US), contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full. See our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before your order ships, usually within 12 hours of purchase.
The money-back guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.
